Thank you for shopping with Tiny Careers. Our goal is to process orders quickly and deliver them safely, whether you are located in Puerto Rico, the continental United States, or any U.S. territory.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

Tiny Careers ships to all U.S. destinations, including:

  • All 50 U.S. states 
  • Puerto Rico 
  • U.S. territories (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
  • International (EU & Select Countries)

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship primarily using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen automatically based on the most efficient option for your address.

Shipping from Puerto Rico

Since Tiny Careers ships from Puerto Rico, delivery times vary based on the destination:

  • Within Puerto Rico:
    Typically 1–3 business days, as packages remain within the local postal network and do not need to route through the mainland.
  • To the continental United States:
    Generally 3–7 business days. Packages usually route through USPS’s Puerto Rico facility and then through a mainland hub (such as Miami or Jacksonville), which may add additional transit time.
  • To other U.S. territories:
    Typically 5–10 business days, depending on carrier processing and routing.
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses:
    Delivery may take 10–20 business days due to military mail handling and security procedures.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or unexpected logistical issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and the carrier’s current pricing.
If your order qualifies for free or discounted shipping, the promotion will apply automatically.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
If tracking does not update within 48 hours, you may reach out to us and we will assist in checking the status with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your package appears lost or tracking stops updating, please contact us at tinycareers@gmail.com
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

International Shipping

International Shipping (EU & Select Countries)

Tiny Careers ships to select international destinations, including countries across the European Union. Orders are fulfilled from Dorado, Puerto Rico, United States.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery to EU: 7–14 business days via USPS or DHL Express
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Tiny Careers at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
