Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at tinycareers@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address based on your order and fulfillment partner.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

🧩 Toys & Play Sets

Toys must be unused and unplayed with, include all original parts, pieces, and instructions, and be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Toys must show no signs of wear, assembly, or play.
Opened, assembled, missing-piece, or used toys cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

👕 Clothing & Costumes

Clothing and costumes must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage and returned in original packaging when applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.

📚 Books

Books must be unwritten, unmarked, and unused, with no highlighting, writing, bent pages, or damage, and returned in like-new condition.
Books showing signs of use or writing cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
